Original Tender Description

Riigihanke esemeks on Saue valda Riisipere alevikku Metsa tn 7 kinnistule eakate toetatud elamisega teenuse osutamiseks munitsipaal-kortermaja hoone rajamise ehitustööd, mis tuleb teha vastavalt riigihake alusdokumentides sätestatud tingimustele. Ehitustööde valmimise ja tellijale üleandmise tähtaeg on 30.06.2027. Hanketeates toodud hankelepingu kestus (alguse ja lõpu aeg) on eeldatav periood, mis hõlmab lisaks ehitustööde valmimise tähajale ka arve tasumise tähtaega, kuid leping kehtib tegelikult kuni kõigi lepinguliset põhikohustuste täitmiseni poolte poolt (sh võimalike vaegtööde likvideerimise periood), kuid ei hõlma garantiiperioodi. Vt täpsemalt kuupäevade kohta riigihanke alusdokumendist "Hankelepingu projekt". Kvalifitseerimistingimused ja kõrvaldamise alused on toodud riigihanke alusdokumendis „Hankepass täiendavate selgitustega“.
