Tendly offers four plans. The Free plan gives you tender browsing, keyword search and 20 one-time AI credits. The Professional plan (€29/month) adds full AI matching, document generation and 200 monthly credits. The Enterprise plan (€149/month) adds more credits, team seats and premium alerts. The Strategist plan (€199/month) is our Tender as a Service package: a dedicated tender expert prepares your bids, with a success fee of an agreed percentage of the contract, settled in writing before any work starts. You can start for free with no credit card required.

Tender as a Service is our done-for-you offering, available as the Strategist plan. You get a personal tender expert backed by our deep matching: the AI reads the tender documents, compares each opportunity with your ideal tender profile and emails you the matches with the requirements, benefits and strategy explained. For tenders you want to pursue, the expert prepares the tender documents for you; you review and approve everything before submission. It costs €199/month, plus a success fee only when you win: an agreed percentage of the contract, settled in writing before any work starts.

Go to the Manage Subscription section of your Profile or Subscription page and you can cancel your subscription at any time with our payment services provider (currently Stripe.com).
