Original Tender Description

The purpose of the public procurement is to find framework agreement partners who will organize supporting activities for inmates with a mother tongue other than Estonian in Tallinn Prison and Viru Prison during the contract period for learning and practicing the Estonian language in a suitable environment: language and culture cafés. The aim of the activity is to increase Estonian language skills, the connection with the Estonian state and Estonian cultural space, and to improve competitiveness in coping in society. The subject of the procurement is one of the integration activities of the ESF+ project (TAT order "Language learning and integration activities for inmates"). As a result of the procurement, framework agreements will be concluded with one bidder in both parts of the procurement.
