This tender for catering and cleaning services at Sir Thomas Rich's School is generally well-structured, with clear descriptions and financial information. However, it lacks specific evaluation criteria and details on e-submission, impacting practicality and potentially fairness.

Score Breakdown

Legal Compliance75/100

The tender appears to comply with general legal requirements, including a clear CPV code and a defined procedure. The submission deadline, while not explicitly flagged as too short in the provided data, is a point to consider in a full assessment. The absence of specified evaluation criteria is a notable omission.

Missing evaluation criteria
Clarity80/100

The description of services for both catering and cleaning is clear and detailed, outlining the scope, facilities, and expected services. Requirements are generally well-documented, though specific evaluation criteria are absent.

Completeness70/100

Most basic information is present, including estimated value, duration, and start date. However, the lack of available document content or summaries is a significant gap, preventing a full assessment of completeness. The absence of explicit evaluation criteria also affects completeness.

No document content available
Fairness85/100

The tender is structured as a restricted procedure, which inherently limits the pool of bidders. While the value is disclosed and criteria are generally objective, the lack of explicit evaluation criteria and the absence of information on e-submission could be perceived as less fair to potential bidders who cannot fully understand the assessment process. No specific company tailoring was identified.

Practicality65/100

The tender specifies a contract start date and duration. However, the absence of information regarding e-submission and the lack of accessible document content significantly hinder the practicality for potential bidders.

No e-submission specified
No document content available
Data Consistency90/100

Key fields such as title, reference, organization, value, and dates are populated logically. There are no reported disputes or suspensions, indicating good data consistency.

Sustainability50/100

The tender does not explicitly mention green procurement, social aspects, innovation, or EU funding, which are areas for potential improvement to align with modern procurement standards.

Not green procurement
No social criteria
