Original Tender Description

This is a project supported by PEACEPLUS, a programme managed by the Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB). The CAWT PEACEPLUS Early Intervention Support Youth Hubs (EASY) project aims to establish new cross border early intervention support services for families with children and young people presenting with traits consistent with a neurodevelopmental type need or who have been recently diagnosed with a neurodevelopmental condition. By providing help based on presenting need/symptoms, the project aims to improve outcomes for children, young people and their families by helping families' access appropriate support, based on needs at the right time and in the right place. This procurement exercise and the subsequent service to be commissioned will cover only the Northern Ireland delivery area, which is located within the boundaries of the Southern Health and Social Care Trust (SHSCT).
