The subject of this dynamic purchasing system (hereinafter also "DPS") is expert services related to facility security for Hansel Oy's customers. The scope of the DPS is described in more detail in the request for participation and its appendices, especially in the appendix "Scope and conditions of the dynamic purchasing system". In this context, systems related to facility security are considered to be, in particular, video surveillance, alarm and access control systems, but they may also include, for example, fire alarm systems.
