<p>Ausarbeitung eines detaillierten Umsetzungskonzepts und Betrieb des niederschwelligen, stationären Wohnangebots "Housing First Plus" in einer Liegenschaft mit 36 Wohnungen. Zielgruppe sind Personen mit psychischen oder gesundheitlichen Beeinträchtigungen ohne resp. mit minimaler Wohnkompetenz, weshalb selbstständiges Wohnen ohne entsprechendes Setting nicht realistisch ist oder für welche kurzfristig gedachte Unterkünfte nicht die richtige Aufenthaltsform darstellen.
