Oppdragsgiver skal inngå rammeavtale med én leverandør for kjøp av kjemikalier, service og vedlikehold samt rådgivning - badetekniske installasjoner/anlegg.   Oslobygg KF har per i dag en portefølje bestående av idretts- og publikumsbad samt skolebad. Porteføljen inneholder også bad som driftes kun i sesong. Flere nye badeanlegg er planlagt ferdigstilt de neste årene.
