Předmětem VZMR je provádění služeb v oblasti údržby a servisu zařízení zdrojů tepla: a) pravidelné servisní činnosti včetně údržby; b) odstraňování běžných provozních poruch, opravy poruch technologie zařízení, odstranění havarijních stavů; c) proškolení a přezkoušení odborně způsobilé osob objednatele: obsluhy kotelny, plynového zařízení a obsluhy tlakových nádob v rozsahu a intervalech dle platných právních předpisů; d) technický dispečink.
