Ost hõlmab ehitus töid ning kütte-, kastmis-, väetamis-, ventilatsiooni-, varjutus-, elektri- ja automaatikasüsteemide tarnimist, paigaldamist, ühendamist ja seadistamist. Katlamaja ja pelletipunker on tellijal olemas - nende soetamine ei kuulu ostu mahtu. Tööd teostatakse ühe töövõtja vastutusel vastavalt ostu alusdokumentidele. Kasutusvalmis kasvuhoone üleandmise tähtaeg on 31.05.2027.
