Original Tender Description

Based on the framework agreement to be concluded as a result of the procurement procedure, Microsoft licenses will be leased to SA Pärnu Haigla (Pärnu Hospital Foundation) over a period of 3 years in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the procurement documents (PD). The technical description and estimated quantities are provided in Annex 1 to the PD. The software license provider must guarantee compliance with the licensing terms of the Microsoft software lease agreement (including the availability of the latest versions of the leased software, the provision of support services, etc.). The contracting authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantities of leased licenses during the contract period according to actual needs. The framework agreement will be concluded with a single contractor (draft agreement in Annex 2 to the PD).
