Original Tender Description

Hanke eesmärk on koostada Auvere elektrijaama põhikondensaadis esineva suurenenud lahustunud hapniku sisalduse probleemi lahendusvõimaluste tehniline analüüs ning teha ettepanekud hapniku eemaldamiseks lisaveest enne selle juhtimist turbiini kondensaatorisse. Töö raames tuleb analüüsida võimalikke tehnilisi lahendusi (sh vaakumdeaeraator või muu sobiv tehnoloogia), mis võimaldavad vähendada lisavee lahustunud hapniku sisaldust tasemeni kuni 20 ppb. Töö tulemusena peab valmima tehniline aruanne, mis sisaldab muu hulgas vajaliku seadme jõudluse ja peamiste tehniliste parameetrite määramist, lahenduse integreerimist olemasolevasse tehnoloogilisse skeemi, seadme optimaalse asukoha ja ühenduspunktide määramist, uuendatud tehnoloogilisi skeeme, vähemalt kahe võimaliku põhiseadme tootja lahenduste kirjeldust ning investeeringu maksumuse hinnangut täpsusega ±30%.
