Original Tender Description

The purpose of the procurement is the reconstruction of an existing building to create a suitable service environment for children with special needs. The design and construction works are not divided into parts, as the contracting authority's objective is to procure a general contract where the contractor's obligation is to perform and organize all the various works arising from the terms of reference requested in the procurement. In the case of works performed by multiple different contractors, the subsequent determination of warranty boundaries for the building construction would be difficult. The scope of the procurement includes obtaining all necessary permits and approvals for the performance of works and/or the commissioning of premises, and bearing the associated costs. The main operational readiness must be achieved within 120 days and final readiness within 150 days from the entry into force of the procurement contract. NB! The tenderer must inspect the site before submitting the tender. A tender submitted by a tenderer who has not inspected the site will be deemed non-compliant.
