However, comprehensive renovation is often expensive, meaning that lower-income owners lack the capacity to make investments in buildings without support. The purpose of this study is to determine how to support and motivate energy-poor and vulnerable households to undertake the renovation journey, so that renovation costs are not prohibitive for them and assistance reaches where it is most needed.
