Original Tender Description

The objective of this procurement is to find service providers for opioid substitution treatment for individuals over 18 years of age with opioid dependence. Opioid dependence treatment involves transitioning an individual with opioid dependence from the use of illegal opioids to a legal, long-acting substitute medication. The treatment goals, depending on the patient's condition, may include: cessation or reduction of illegal opioid use, reduction of harm associated with opioid use, and improvement of the quality of life and well-being of individuals with opioid dependence. Opioid substitution treatment services shall be provided in accordance with Annex 1, "Clinical Protocol for Opioid Substitution Treatment."
