The Social Insurance Board is procuring supplementary training for child protection workers, which will provide them with in-depth knowledge and skills in the solution-focused approach and methodology – basic principles, types of questions that guide problem-solving, giving constructive feedback, constructive communication with difficult clients. The procurement includes the development of a comprehensive supplementary training program (curriculum and training program, including training content, learning methodology, learning assessment criteria, and learning materials) and the delivery of supplementary training in accordance with the tender documents.
