Original Tender Description

The subject of the public procurement is the purchase of white copy paper A3, A4, and A5 (hereinafter referred to as paper). The paper must be well-suited for use in modern office equipment (copiers, inkjet and laser printers, and fax machines) and must ensure trouble-free operation of the equipment dependent on paper. The procurement also includes the delivery of paper throughout Estonia to the buyers' places of operation based on orders submitted by the buyers. The cost of the delivery service must be included in the price of the paper, and the seller is not entitled to claim reimbursement of costs related to the provision of the service from the buyers. The seller must ensure the transport of the paper to the buyer (to the office premises at the location indicated by the buyer) within five working days of receiving the order at the latest.
