Original Tender Description

<p>Die Technischen Betriebe Wil planen einen Fernwärmeverbund, der mit Abwärme der Kehricht-verbrennungsanlage des ZAB in Bazenheid gespeist wird. Über eine ca. 5 km lange Transferleitung wird die Wärme bis in den Süden der Stadt Wil geleitet von dort soll sie über zwei Hauptleitungen in den Westen der Stadt bis zur Psychiatrie St. Gallen und in den Osten über die Schulanlage Lindenhof bis zum Spital Wil an die Kunden verteilt werden.</p><p>Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist das Teilprojekt 11.
