Original Tender Description

Aufgrund des durch SAP angekündigten Wartungsendes der Softwarelösung "Human Capital Management (HCM)" für Ende 2027 soll das bestehende SAP HCM System erst nach H4S4 transformiert und im An-schluss SAP SuccessFactors (SF) Employee Central, ergänzt um Onboarding und People Analytics, als führendes System eingesetzt werden. Zusätzlich sollen die SF-Module Employee Central Time Off, Time Tracking und Workforce Scheduling optional eingeführt werden.
