Im Rahmen des Projekts "ABS/NBS Hamburg - Lübeck – Puttgarden (Hinterlandanbindung FBQ)“, wird die westliche Seite der Rastanlage Hasselburger Mühle der BAB A1 in Richtung Süden verlegt, da die Neubaustrecke durch die bestehende Rastanlage verläuft. Auf dem aktuellen Standort der Rastanlage besteht eine Funkmastanlage, die von der Autobahn GmbH betrieben wird. Diese Mastanlage ist Teil des Tetrapolsystems, ein digitales, zellulares- Bündelfunksystem für Sprach- und Datenübertragung der Firma Air
