Avtalens punkt 1.1 Formål og omfang Kunden har behov for en rammeavtale ekstern kapasitet innenfor grensesnittene cybersikkerhet og personvern. Formålet med rammeavtalen er å tilknytte seg en leverandør som kan dekke Kundens behov for konsulentbistand med god kompetanse innenfor avtaleområdet og tilhørende tjenester på en effektiv måte.   Det skal inngås rammeavtale med én leverandør. Rammeavtalen skal bygge på partnerskapsprinsipper, med mål om å sikre kompetansedeling, kontinuerlig forbedrin
