--– Proven track record of at least one similar completed contract: supply & installation of professional LED stage-lighting in a concert or theatre hall (to be entered in the e-ESPD).
--– Legal entity established in the EU/EEA; no Russian-linked sub-contractors (>10 % share) allowed.
--– No exclusion grounds (criminal, tax, social-security, sanctions); self-declaration via ESPD.
COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS5
--– Full compliance with EU sanctions against Russia – written “Jah” confirmation required.
--– Accept all contractual clauses in the draft contract (no reservations).
--– Confirm equivalence of any alternative products offered (“samaväärsus” declaration).
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS5
--– Supply and install a complete studio-grade LED stage-lighting package to replace existing halogen fixtures (single turnkey lot, no lots division).
--– Lighting must meet professional performance-grade specifications (colour temperature, CRI, dimming curve, silent operation, DMX/RDM compatibility, etc.) detailed in the technical description.
--– Include all ancillary items: rigging, cabling, control desks, software, cooling, safety devices.
FINANCIAL REQUIREMENTS7
--– Offer total (VAT-exclusive) ≤ 100 000 €.
--– Provide evidence of sufficient financial standing (latest annual accounts, turnover, liquidity) in the e-ESPD.
