Käesoleva hanke tulemusena sõlmitakse eduka(te) pakkuja(te)ga leping(-ud) Aktsiaseltsile Rakvere Haigla erinevate desinfektsiooni- ja puhastusvahendite ostuks ja tarnimiseks 24 kuuks vastavalt hanke alusdokumentidest tulenevatele tingimustele.

--Submit full tender electronically via the Estonian e-procurement system before the stated deadline.
--Include completed e-ESPD (extended v2.0) proving general suitability and absence of exclusion grounds.
--Attach manufacturer ISO 9001 & 14001 certificates (English or Estonian translation).
MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS4
--Manufacturer (not distributor) must hold valid EN ISO 9001 and EN ISO 14001 certificates for the offered product range.
--Bidder’s registered office or place of business must NOT be in the Russian Federation or the Republic of Belarus.
--Bidder must be able to supply every product listed in the 18 lots for the full 24-month framework (no partial supply option).
COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS5
--All offered products must exactly match the technical descriptions, dosages, packaging sizes, colour, fragrance-free status and refill compatibility specified in “Lisa 1 – Tehniline kirjeldus”.
--Products must be healthcare-grade, skin-safe and comply with EU biocide/cosmetics legislation; Safety Data Sheets must be available on request.
--Refill packaging must fit the hospital’s existing 1 000 ml wall-mounted dispensers; if not, bidder bears all costs to replace/adapt dispensers.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS4
--Deliver the exact maximum yearly volumes shown in Lisa 1 (e.g., 850 L/2 y hand-wash gel, 1 600 L/2 y hand-disinfectant, etc.).
--Provide 2 sealed, labelled sample bottles (1 000 ml pump) of each proposed product together with the offer.
--State precise product name, manufacturer, REF code, pack size, unit price (EUR, 3 decimals), and production shelf-life in the blue cells of Lisa 1 Excel form only – no alterations to the template.
FINANCIAL REQUIREMENTS4
--Quote firm fixed unit prices in EUR, VAT excluded, valid for the entire 24-month contract.
--Bid price must cover all costs: product, packaging, labelling, samples, transport, customs, dispenser adaptation, taxes, insurance.
--Framework value is estimated at €95 255; offer must stay within this ceiling for the stated maximum quantities.
