Original Tender Description

Erasmus MC zoekt een ervaren event-/partycateraar voor de jaarlijkse organisatie en uitvoering van de Zomerpicknick vanaf 2027. De opdracht omvat onder meer catering en hospitality, ontvangst en toegangscontrole, inrichting en aankleding van het evenemententerrein, entertainment, logistiek, personeelsinzet en op- en afbouw.
