Original Tender Description

Establishment of a Dynamic Purchasing System (DIS) for the procurement of primarily, but not limited to, brand new Cars, Vans, Minibuses/buses, and Trucks, for use by Herning Municipality's units and institutions. Like all other municipalities, Herning is facing the electrification of its vehicle fleet, which consists of approximately 400 vehicles, with passenger cars making up the majority. The awarded contracts can be pure purchase contracts or mixed purchase and service contracts.
