Hanke eesmärk on koolituste väljatöötamine ja läbiviimine, et toetada spetsialistide professionaalset arengut, pakkudes teadmisi ja praktilisi oskusi. Käesoleva hanke raames korraldatavad koolitused on suunatud kohalike omavalitsuste lastekaitsetöötajatele, kelle tööülesannete hulka kuulub laste, vanemate ja peredega suhtlemine ja Sotsiaalkindlustusameti (eelkõige laste heaolu osakonna) spetsialistidele, kes nõustavad ja teevad koostööd kohalike omavalitsustega (eelkõige lastekaitsetöötajatega).
