Předmětem veřejné zakázky jsou stavební práce ve smyslu kompletní modernizace budovy SEV Stožec. Účelem modernizace budovy bude také snížení energetické náročnosti budovy. Stavební úpravy se budou týkat níže uvedených stavebních a technických objektů: - SO-01 – Budova včetně vytápění, ZTI, elektroinstalace a MaR - SO-02 – Srub - SO-03 – Přístřešky - TO-01 – Geotermální vrty Konkrétní specifikace, rozsah předmětu a podmínky plnění jsou dány Položkovým rozpočtem (Výkaz výměr), který tvoří Přílohu
