Le présent marché de travaux a pour objet la réalisation de plusieurs bassins de rétention et/ou infiltration des eaux de pluie et de ruissellement. Les précédents épisodes d'inondations ont montré que le vallon de Trou Louette constitue un axe de ruissellement important lors des épisodes fortement pluvieux. Les différents bassins nouvellement créés ont pour objectif de protéger le site de Trou Louette, mais aussi les quartiers en aval, de décharger le réseau d'égouttage en aval et de favorise
