Formålet med anskaffelsen er å etablere en rammeavtale som sikrer Stortinget tilgang til safer, brannskap og sikkerhetsskap med tilhørende tjenester, herunder levering og service- og vedlikehold av både eksisterende og nyanskaffede skap. Anskaffelsen skal dekke Stortingets løpende behov for sikker oppbevaring av dokumenter, verdier og utstyr. Rammeavtalen skal bidra til at Stortinget får tilgang til produkter med dokumentert brann- og innbruddssikring, samt sikre effektive og forutsigbare bestil
