Original Tender Description

Due to circumstance beyond our control, a new contracted training framework has not been put in place by the Central Purchasing Body. On that basis in order to ensure continuity of service, we are relying on Article 72 of the Public Sector Directive. This permits modification to contracts and frameworks during their term.
