Tender Quality Score

This tender for Persistent Organic Pollutants Waste Treatment is generally well-structured, with clear objectives and a defined scope. However, it lacks specific financial details and evaluation criteria, and the submission process is not fully detailed.

Score Breakdown

Legal Compliance75/100

The tender adheres to general legal compliance by specifying an open procedure, providing a CPV code, and indicating no disputes. The deadline is provided, though its reasonableness for a complex service is not assessed here. The absence of a reveal date is a minor procedural oversight.

Missing reveal date
Clarity80/100

The description of the service required for POPs waste treatment is clear, outlining the type of waste and the expected responsibilities of the contractor. The eligibility and technical capability requirements are also reasonably well-defined.

Completeness70/100

Key information such as the title, organization, reference number, and contract duration is present. However, the estimated value is not disclosed, and the content of the tender documents is not available, hindering a full assessment of completeness.

Estimated value not disclosed
No document content available
Fairness85/100

The tender is an open procedure, which promotes fairness. The requirements are focused on the service itself and do not appear to be tailored to specific companies. The disclosure of the estimated tonnage, even without a guaranteed minimum, adds a degree of transparency.

Practicality65/100

While a submission deadline and contract start date are provided, the lack of information regarding e-submission and the specific process for document access limits the practicality assessment. The financing information is also not disclosed.

No e-submission specified
Financing information not disclosed
Data Consistency90/100

The key fields such as title, organization, reference, CPV, and dates are populated logically. There are no reported disputes or suspensions, contributing to high data consistency.

Sustainability50/100

The tender does not explicitly mention any green procurement, social aspects, or innovation focus, which are common elements of modern sustainability criteria. This suggests a moderate score in this category.

Not green procurement
No social criteria
