The object of this contract is the provision of street social education services specialized in harm reduction associated with drug use, through a team of social educators who will carry out socio-educational interventions in the open environment in the La Mina neighborhood, and punctually in other areas of the municipality where consumption areas are detected. The service will consist of: • Establish contact and build rapport with drug users in vulnerable situations. • Promote lower-risk behaviors associated with consumption. • Encourage the use of the Harm Reduction Room and other health and social resources. • Detect social or health risk situations and make appropriate referrals; • Carry out educational interventions in public spaces aimed at reducing individual and collective risks. • Contribute to the reduction of public consumption and the abandonment of consumption materials. • Intervene in prevention and mediation in situations affecting citizen coexistence. • Coordinate with municipal services and community resources involved in the care of drug users. • Syringe collection in the street
