Realizační projektová dokumentace pro provedení stavby včetně rozpočtu a výkazu výměr. Jedná se o sanaci budovy bazénu v areálu zadavatele na adrese č.p. 1, 73949 Metylovice. Předpokládají se stavebně udržovací práce bez nutnosti stavebního povolení. Oprava prostorů bazénu a jeho zázemí bez tělesa bazénu z důvodu zatékání do stavebních konstrukcí, řešení vzlínající vlhkosti v 1.PP pod bazénem.
