Universitetet i Oslo skal bygge opp et nytt forskningsmiljø innen nevromorf maskinvare og energieffektiv kunstig intelligens. Aktiviteten skal koble materialutvikling ved Senter for materialvitenskap og nanoteknologi (SMN) med kompetansen innen krets- og systemdesign ved Institutt for informatikk.
