Bakgrunn Arendal kommune skal inngå en ny rammeavtale for steinmasser fordi gjeldende avtale utløper i desember 2026. Anskaffelsen skal sikre kontinuitet i leveransene til kommunens løpende drift, vedlikehold og investeringsprosjekter.
