Original Tender Description

Gjøvik municipality is responsible for ensuring a safe and stable supply of drinking water to the residents of the municipality. To strengthen supply security, it has been decided to establish a full-fledged reserve water solution that can supply both Biri and Gjøvik. Stage 1 of the project included the establishment of a subsea pipeline from Gjøvik to Redalen, the construction of a pressure boosting station, and the establishment of a connection point for the continuation of the pipeline towards Biri. The subsea pipeline was laid in Mjøsa in the autumn of 2020, and after completion
