Original Tender Description

On behalf of the Greater London Authority (GLA), Transport for London (TfL) are seeking to procure a single supplier for the design, implementation and management of flagship fan festival sites in London for the duration of the UEFA European Football Championship 2028 which takes place from 9 June 2028 to 9 July 2028. The contract is expected to be for circa twenty-five (25) months to ensure the successful planning and delivery of this marque event in the Capital. The contract delivery will be managed by the GLA who are working in conjunction with Department of Culture, Media and Sport and UEFA. UK Sport says: "Preparations gather apace as UEFA and UK & Ireland 2028 will deliver the largest sporting event ever jointly staged by the co-host nations with more than three million match tickets available for fans - greater than any previous EURO. The Tournament will excite fans worldwide and create long-lasting benefits for communities through an amazing celebration of top-class international football." This UK4 Tender Notice is being issued to inform the market of the issuing of the Euro 2028 Fan Festivals Procurement Specific Questionnaire (PSQ) and the draft Invitation to Tender (ITT) documents. Please note, the ITT documents have been issued at this stage as Information Only. TfL/GLA reserves the right to make non-material adjustments to the documents prior to publishing to shortlisted bidders. TfL reserves the right to amend our procurement approach.
