Original Tender Description

Nákup léčiv dle specifikace v příloze k tomuto zadání. Léčiva nutno dodat s exspirací minimálně 12/2027. V případě, že prodávající není schopen dodat léčiva se stanovenou dobou použitelnosti či je nucen nabídnout náhradu co do velikosti balení či účinné látky, je povinen kontaktovat zadavatele, který případně odsouhlasí možné výjimky. V případě, že prodávající nedodá zboží se stanovenou dobou použitelnosti a ani nemá zadavatelem schválenu dodávku s kratší dobou použitelnosti, vyhrazuje si zadava
