Audit of the DARPA Information Security Management System (UNE-ISO/IEC 27001) and ISO/IEC 27002 controls for expenses attributable to the European FEAGA and FEADER Funds in the financial year 2026, including, in general, monitoring of incidents from previous financial years of information systems, as well as, where appropriate, analysis and review of controls not analyzed by the audit of the information security management system carried out in the Department of Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Food (DARPA) of the Generalitat de Catalunya. Additionally, an analysis of the automation process for calculating payments with conditionality incidents, discounts, and penalties, of the CPPAC application, will be carried out to determine the verification of the calculation, as well as, in relation to the HOST management application, the review of the extraction of .TXT files, including the procedure followed and the analysis to determine the correctness of the extraction. The audit shall be carried out in the terms set out in the Technical Specifications. The opinion shall be based on the principles of integrity, fair presentation, professional diligence, confidentiality, independence, and evidence-based approach.
