DPSQ was formed in 2021 on the old etenders platform. A Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) has been selected as the procurement mechanism which was deemed the most suitable strategy to procurement this type of equipment. This allows for a Dynamic listing of pre-qualified suppliers to view future “Mini Competitions” for specified requirements across 1 no.
