Ο Δήμος Ηρακλείου υποχρεούται να προβεί στον έλεγχο των χρηματοοικονομικών καταστάσεων χρήσεως 2026 από Ορκωτό Λογιστή. Η δαπάνη κρίνεται απαραίτητη σύμφωνα με το αρ.518 παρ.1 του Ν.5314/2026 που αναφέρει ότι : Οι χρηματοοικονομικές καταστάσεις του άρθρου 517 ελέγχονται από ορκωτό ελεγκτή - λογιστή ή ελεγκτική εταιρεία.
