The European Commission, Directorate-General for Human Resources and Security (DG HR), intends to launch a middle-value negotiated procurement procedure for the provision of an external venue and related services for approximately six trainees’ Welcome Conferences over the period 2027–2029, with a maximum contract value of EUR 135,000.
