Předmětem veřejné zakázky je uzavření rámcové smlouvy na provádění drobných stavebních prací a oprav objektů ve správě Odboru majetkové správy, tedy bytové i nebytové domy ve vlastnictví statutárního města Zlína a budovy, které má město pronajaty např. od spol. Nemovitosti města Zlína. Seznam objektů je uveden v příloze č. 4 Výzvy. Účelem rámcové smlouvy je stanovení právního rámce pro zajištění a provádění stavebních prací s obdobným předmětem plnění, zadávaných po dobu platnosti rámcové smlouv
