Original Tender Description

Elmwood Normal School is a State Contributing Normal school situated in beautiful grounds in the central city suburb of Merivale, Christchurch. It offers a six-year programme, catering for Years 0–6 children, from which the children then proceed to intermediate schools. CSR rebuild works have now been completed with new two-storey blocks being constructed. The old two blocks are now to be removed as they are surplus to requirements. School is still deciding on how to best utilise the cleared spa
