Original Tender Description

In order to replace obsolete equipment, JRC-Petten intends to procure a new motion control system for its neutron diffractometer HB4 at the High Flux Reactor Petten. This project comprises the motor controllers and power amplifiers, if separated from the former, the motors themselves (14 or 15), the cabling, a switch box where the electronics are installed – or equivalent – mechanical adapters for the motor axes if needed, configuration of the controllers and a simple software facilitating demon
