Original Tender Description

The London Borough of Sutton is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Supplier to deliver Fire Risk Appraisals of External Walls (FRAEW) and related building fire safety assessment services across selected properties within its portfolio. The contract will be managed by Sutton Housing Partnership on behalf of the London Borough of Sutton. The purpose of this tender is to establish a contract that ensures a consistent, compliant, and risk-based approach to assessing external wall systems in accordance with PAS 9980:2022 and relevant fire safety legislation. The standstill for this procurement has been extended until midnight on the 13 April 2026.
