Original Tender Description

The City of Edinburgh Council is seeking to put in place a Framework Agreement which will include a number of Contractors, to work in partnership with the Council for the processing of scrap metal and lead acid batteries as cost-effectively as possible, maximising recovery and recycling opportunities and providing an income to the Council in respect of this waste stream.
