Die OEW Breitband GmbH plant die Errichtung staatlich geförderter Gigabit-Netze (FTTB) im Rahmen eines sogenannten Betreibermodells zur Erschließung der nach dem jeweiligen Förderprogramm unterversorgten Adresspunkte. Gegenstand des Verfahrens sind die Generalunternehmerleistungen für den Bau eines passiven Gigabit-Netzes (FTTB) in der Stadt Scheer, Landkreis Sigmaringen, einschließlich Tiefbau-, Rohr- und Kabelarbeiten, Herstellung der Hausanschlüsse bis zum Abschlusspunkt Linientechnik (APL),
