Provision of Consultancy Services to Revenue (National VRT Service) in respect of the Valuation of Motor Vehicles and other Related Services. The successful Tenderer will be required to provide opinions of the Open Market Selling Price (OMSP) of motor vehicles (i.e. the price, inclusive of all taxes and duties, which motor vehicles might reasonably be expected to fetch on a first arm’s length sale thereof in this State by retail) and technical advice in respect of motor vehicles.
