Het voorwerp van deze opdracht betreft het leveren van de opgeleide, uitvoerende PRM resources (PRM-agenten, verwelkomingsagenten en relevante aansturende functies). Deze profielen verlenen speciale assistentie aan passagiers die hulp nodig hebben om te reizen; zoals ouderen en personen met een lichamelijke beperking.
